Jill AND Mary

Jillian Noel Shennessy was born on 25th November, 1968 in Canada, is a Canadian performer and actress who has been acknowledged for her contribution for American television. She is renowned for her stellar performances in the American television series Law & Order where she captivated audiences for three seasons as prosecutor Claire Kincaid and Crossing Jordan in which she played protagonist Jordan Cavanaugh for six seasons. Hennessy has also demonstrated her talents as an actor in films like RoboCop 3 Most Wanted and the indie films Chutney Popcorn and The Acting Class in which she flexed her writing and co-directing muscles. Hennessy launched her career in the role of an actress Dead Ringers with her sister. In 1990, she briefly made an appearance in a short stint on Broadway in the role of Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story. Then, she moved into science-fiction and was Dr. Marie Lazarus (RoboCop 3) in 1993. Later that same year she was appointed assistant district attorney Claire Kincaid in the hit NBC Crime Drama Law & Order. This role captivated the audience for three seasons before she left it in 1996. Mary Louise Parker.......................Mary-Louise Parker (born August 2 1964, height 5' 7 1/2" (1,71 m)) is an American actress best known for her current lead role on Showtime's television series Weeds portraying Nancy Botwin for which she has received several nominations and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in 2006. Parker appeared in movies and series like RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys On The Side, West Wing Angels In America and RED Fried Tomatoes. For these, she received an Emmy Award, a Golden Globe Award and Emmy Award. Parker is also the recipient from the year 2001 Tony Award for Best Actress in the Broadway production Proof.
